Access is easily available to the whole Centre by ramps and lifts, and toilets for the disabled can be found in the Cloisters, Mall Level or Level 3. The RADAR scheme is operated in the Centre with keys available free of charge from the Management Offices or access made available by Security Officers. There are disabled parking spaces on all floors near to the lifts in the car park at the usual tariffs.

Access to Friars Square is easy with direct access from its Multi-storey car park. It is also adjacent to bus/rail links. Coaches are welcome by appointment.
