England's Friendly Little Line

Follow "John
Sergeant on the Tourist Trail" (ITV1), and join us on a 70 minute journey into the vanished world of
the English light railway.
With its sharp curves, its steep gradients, its level crossings and its unique roadside
running, the Leighton Buzzard Railway takes you back to a more relaxed age of transport.
At Page's Park station, you will find free car parking. Here you can buy your tickets and
souvenirs, and enjoy refreshments in Sandhills buffet. The toilets include facilities for baby changing and
wheelchair users. Alongside is a large public park with a children's play area and sports facilities.
While the engine runs round at Stonehenge Works station, explore our fascinating 90 year
history through special displays, or come and find a special present in our Craft Shop.
All children are given a free Rail Trail information and activity sheet, to help them discover
all the interesting features along the line, and to take home as a souvenir.
Whether you're looking for somewhere special to bring the kids, or just a relaxing couple of hours of quiet
nostalgia, you will find everything you need at 'England's Friendly Little Line'.
